I am filing this complaint against Blue Dart Express Ltd. regarding AWB ***********.
The shipment is marked as DELIVERED in Wakad, Pune, however I have NOT received it. There was no delivery attempt, no call, and no confirmation at my address.
This shipment contains original and important documents. This is a serious case of mis-delivery.
I request:
*. Immediate investigation into the delivery
*. Proof of Delivery (receiver name, signature, exact delivery location, timestamp)
*. Delivery agent details
*. Immediate recovery and re-delivery of the shipment
This matter is urgent. If not resolved immediately, I will proceed with filing a police complaint for mis-delivery of sensitive documents and take further legal action.
I request strict action and urgent resolution.
