Big Bazaarbazaar raipur city centre mall pandri - Urgent issue Transaction amount not refunded

Hi,

I got an serious issue with big bazar city center mall raipur Chhattisgarh yesterday and it is really disappointing .
I purchased a product worth rupee's **** /- and paid it by online transaction , money got debited from my account and according to your big bazar city centre officer it was not reflecting in there account . They said that money will get back in my account in ** hour . Now it is more than ** hour and I am getting same issue .
I am calling the manager "Duleshwar sahu" of Big bazar but I am unable to connect with him . Even I messaged him but I am not satisfied with his response .

Please look into my issue as soon as possible ,I want my money back because it's an huge amount .I even had a word with my bank and according to them issue is from your side .
