Passang tamang filed complaint against Winzo on Jul 15, 2025
Between **th July and **th July ****, I accidentally spent ₹**** on the WinZO app in small transactions. This money was given to me by my parents to buy sweets for my birthday, but I used it without realizing how much I was spending. This is the first time I have ever done something like this, and I deeply regret it.
I tried to raise a refund request via email and the app, but the in-app support system did not allow me to complete the process properly. I also contacted WinZO support but only got automated responses. I am feeling very anxious and regretful about this mistake.
I am kindly requesting a refund of ₹**** and ask for some support from the company, as this was a one-time error by a young user. I have attached screenshots of the transactions as proof.
