GNC india - Urgent Fraud Incident Related to My GNC Order

On *th August **** at around *:** AM, I received a call from +** ***** ***** claiming to be from the GNC Dispatch Section. The caller informed me that my package was on hold and incomplete, and that I must pay ₹*,***.** to release it. They threatened that if I did not pay, my order would be cancelled without a refund.

Trusting them because they had my exact order amount, tracking ID, and address, I made a payment of ₹*,***.** through my bank. Immediately after, they insisted I must pay the exact amount (₹*,***.**) to process a refund.

I made the second payment, bringing my total loss to ₹*,***.**. Later, I found a spam alert notice on GNC’s official website, confirming that I had been scammed.

The fact that the fraudsters had my full personal and order details raises concerns about a possible data breach in GNC’s systems.

I have WhatsApp screenshots and voice recordings as evidence, and I am ready to provide them for investigation.
