**CRITICAL ISSUE SUMMARY:**
*. Gearbox + chronic dryer defect reported: Early November ****
*. Multiple unauthorized technician visits (** Nov, ** Nov)
*. Machine STILL UNRESOLVED as of ** Dec **** (**+ days)
*. ****-DAY POLICY VIOLATION:** "Lifetime Guarantee - Fix or Replace within ** days" printed on machine glass
*. **+ email reminders ignored
*.NCH complaint: "In process" status, no resolution (Grievience No *******)
**DEMAND UNDER **-DAY POLICY:**
*. IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT with new machine (same/higher model)
OR
*. FULL REFUND ₹**,*** + ₹*,*** service charge
*. Within * days from today (** Dec ****)
