Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding an unauthorized deduction from my account.
I had already cancelled my subscription plan on your Story TV application before the renewal date. Despite this, an amount has been deducted from my account, which is completely unacceptable.
This clearly indicates a billing error from your end. I request you to immediately review this issue and process a full refund of the deducted amount without any delay.
Also, kindly confirm that my subscription has been successfully cancelled and ensure that no further charges are made in the future.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter further.
Looking forward to your immediate action.
