I am filing this complaint against Colive for levying unjust charges and withholding my security deposit without cause. Despite fulfilling all rental obligations and leaving the property in the same condition as when I moved in, Colive raised an anonymous bill exceeding my deposit amount, citing fabricated "repair and maintenance" charges. These charges are baseless, as there was no damage upon vacating.
I reached out multiple times to resolve this issue with Colive's customer support, but they have been completely unresponsive. This lack of response not only reflects Colive’s disregard for customer concerns but also suggests an intentional exploitation of tenants.
Moreover, I have come to know that several other tenants have faced similar treatment, highlighting a pattern of unfair practices by Colive. I am seeking a full refund of my deposit and a retraction of these false charges.
