Dear Flipkart Customer Support,

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my recent order placed on *th May ****. The order was for a pair of earphones meant to be delivered to my friend Kalyani with One-Day Delivery.

Unfortunately, I mistakenly entered the wrong PIN code, which placed the delivery location approximately ** km away from the correct address. On *th May, the delivery agent called my friend, and she explained the situation, requesting him to deliver it to the correct location. He initially agreed, saying he would send it to the nearby correct location. However, she never received the order.

To make matters worse, on *th May, a different delivery person started harassing my friend through repeated WhatsApp messages and calls. Shockingly, he even opened the sealed package in his office, used the earphones, and commented on their quality. I have screenshots and proof of these WhatsApp messages and the misuse of the product.

This is a serious breach of privacy, professional conduct, and trust. It is unacceptable for a delivery agent to open, use, or review a customer's product, especially when the order was not delivered to the right person.

I have now canceled the order due to this entire experience, but I urge you to take strict disciplinary action against the responsible delivery personnel and ensure such incidents do not happen in the future.
