I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the installation service for the air conditioner I purchased on **th April through Flipkart.
The initial installation was scheduled for **th April, but I did not receive any call or visit from the technician. I then rescheduled the installation to **th April, expecting the issue to be resolved. Unfortunately, the same situation has occurred again today—there has been no contact or visit from the technician.
To make matters worse, I received a message stating that the technician attempted to call me and that I was unresponsive. This is completely incorrect. I did not receive any calls, and such false updates are highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
This repeated delay and misinformation have caused significant inconvenience. I request immediate action to ensure that the installation is completed today without any further excuses. I also expect accountability for the false status updates provided by your service partner.
Please treat this matter as urgent and confirm the installation at the earliest.
