Shrey Krishna filed complaint against Theobrama on May 30, 2024
On **th March, I ordered a chocolate cake from Theobroma via Swiggy. Upon delivery, the cake was stale and sour, causing me severe vomiting and a debilitating headache after consumption.
I immediately reported this to both Swiggy and the Food and Drug Administration on the same day. Despite my reports, no action has been taken against Theobroma, and Swiggy has failed to adequately address my complaint.
This negligence has caused me significant physical harm and distress. I demand immediate and strict action against Theobroma for supplying unsafe food, and appropriate compensation from Swiggy for their failure to protect their customer.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will pursue legal action against both companies for their negligence and deficiency in services.
