Dear KFC Team,
I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the extremely unprofessional and unacceptable experience I had at your Lower Parel branch.
I had placed an order via SWIGGY, but to my shock and disappointment, your staff handed it over to someone else by mistake. What’s more disturbing is that after realizing their error, instead of correcting it and preparing a fresh order for me, I was told that no new order would be prepared.
This level of negligence and lack of accountability is simply unacceptable from a reputed brand like KFC. Not only was my time wasted, but I also SLEPT HUNGRY without receiving the food.
I request that you look into this matter urgently and advise:
What steps will be taken against the staff involved?
How do you plan to compensate me for this poor experience?
What assurance can you provide to ensure such incidents do not occur again?
