Aida Dennis filed complaint against Meesho on Feb 16, 2026
complaint regarding a bulk order placed through Meesho for our school Annual Day program.
We had ordered the following items:
• ** Soldier Dresses – but only * were delivered
• * Kids Jackets – but only * were delivered
• * Ornaments – but only * was delivered
Due to this incomplete delivery, we have suffered a total financial loss of Rs. *,***. These items were purchased using money collected from poor children for the Annual Day celebration. Because of this issue, our school program has been seriously affected.
When we contacted customer support, we were informed that due to the “Fair Usage Policy,” the refund cannot be processed. This is completely unfair, as we did not receive the ordered quantity of items. Denying a refund for undelivered products by citing policy is unacceptable.
We request you to immediately review this matter and process the full refund for the undelivered items without any further delay. If this issue is not resolved promptly, we will be forced to escalate the matter to higher authorities and consumer grievance forums.
Please treat this complaint as urgent.
