Dear Team,

I am raising a serious complaint against Klook.com for fraudulent practices and breach of trust in my recent booking.

On **th Sept ****, I booked KL Tower tickets for my planned visit on *st November ****. The voucher issued by Klook clearly reflects *st November as the visit date. However, the tickets I received shockingly show validity only until **th Sept ****, making them unusable for my chosen travel date.

When I contacted customer service (agent: Waziana Z.), I was denied a refund and instead pressured to share my personal travel documents, which I consider a breach of privacy. I was then offered **% Klook credits and later a **% discount as compensation, which I rejected. This is not a goodwill gesture but an attempt to avoid accountability for a system glitch created by Klook.

Most importantly, I have attached a screenshot of Klook’s own refund policy, which clearly allows for a full refund in such cases. Yet, hypocritically, your team denied my refund request. This double standard is unacceptable and demonstrates a clear violation of consumer rights.

I am attaching screenshots of the chats, booking vouchers, and your refund policy for evidence.

I also request the Consumer Forum of India and Cybercrime authorities in Maharashtra to investigate Klook’s unethical operations. Platforms like this mislead customers, cause confusion, and then hide behind unfair practices. A common man’s hard-earned savings should not be stolen under the pretext of “system policies.”

This is not negotiable — I demand a complete refund without any deductions and strict action against Klook.com for misleading and harassing customer.
