I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with my recent order. I ordered the Stanley ** Inch Open Mouth Tool Bag (STST******) under Order ID *************. At the time of purchase, I made an online payment using my credit card (Card No.: XX****) for an amount of INR *** on **-**-** at **:**:**.
However, when the product was delivered via cash on delivery, the delivery agent collected an additional payment from me. As a result, I have been charged twice for the same order.
