I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against your courier partner regarding a recent delivery issue associated with my business, Capricorn Enterprises. The behavior of the delivery person was completely unacceptable, and immediate action is required.

On February **, ****, I received a call from the courier partner regarding the delivery of a customer order (Hindi version of The Intelligent Investor and The Psychology of Money). Since the customer was unreachable at the time of ordering, I had provided my contact number for coordination.
When the courier partner called me for delivery, he spoke in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. Despite me providing him with the correct address and contact details, he refused to contact the customer directly. When I attempted to resolve the issue, he became aggressive, used abusive language, and displayed a complete lack of professionalism.
Later, when I was trying to connect with the customer but could not get through, the courier partner called me again and further misbehaved, using unacceptable and disrespectful language. Even when I warned him about his behavior, he arrogantly responded, "Do whatever you want to do."
Concerns:
I am a reputed business professional, and such disrespectful conduct is completely unacceptable.
This is the first time in my life I have experienced such unprofessionalism from a courier service.
I have call recordings as proof of the courier partner’s abusive language and misconduct. Although some calls were missed, I have crucial evidence that clearly demonstrates the misbehavior.
Requested Actions:
Immediate action against the courier partner involved.
Assurance that such incidents will never happen again.
A formal response from Valmo on this issue and an update on the actions taken.
Due to this extremely negative experience, I will never use Valmo’s services in the future and will also discourage others from using your service unless proper action is taken.
I expect a prompt resolution and look forward to your urgent response.
