Muebles World - Urbanclap and its provider of interior decoration services has cheated

I have signed with interior designer through Urbanclap where interior designer work was supposed to finish in *-* mints but didn’t finish in * months despite paying him on time. Though he completed few things however for last leg of work and few items purchased didn’t deliver the items and also didn’t finish the work and caused me the loss of *-* lacs of money . Also, he left Urbanclap during this period and now they are saying that they have no responsibility towards this and can’t do anything. I need legal advise for both Utbanclap and this interior designer to finish work or pay me for damages and Urbanclap for misleading me though they didn’t charge me but never informed about this vendor and absolving from any responsibilities
