Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Pending Payment of ₹*,**,***

I am a registered service partner with Urban Company. My payment of approximately ₹*,**,*** has been pending for the last * months.

Despite making multiple attempts to contact the Urban Company support team through emails and phone calls, I have not received any proper response or resolution. I also contacted the Sultanpur head office several times and continuously followed up for around ** days. Each time I was assured that I would receive a call back within *–* days, but unfortunately no call or update was provided.

Due to this pending payment, I am facing serious financial difficulties. Currently I do not have sufficient work and my financial condition is not stable. Moreover, there is an important family wedding in my house scheduled on *st April, and this delay in payment is causing significant stress and hardship.
