lominous - ups warranty regard complaint.

I have purchase a ups on date **-**-****, model no SOLAR UPS NXG*** from jagatsinghpur, odisha. But after used ups for a few day ups not working. i complain in customer care toll free number *********** on date **-**-****, complain no-********** but the problem has not been correct till date. i have been calling in customer care several time. whenever I call in customer care they provide local service center number change one by one, first time provide this number **********, second time provide this number ********** But any one not help me, I am very disappoint with customer care and service center also, because service engineer call from this number ********** many time we are coming to your ups service please stay in the home.it has happened four times with me but the engineer did not come. All my family members do the jobs, but due to the false promise of engineer. I getting very heavy losses. (four times mins apx ***** thousand) That’s why I have purchase a another ups recently. after all this, list **-**-** engineer came for ups repair but did not repair the ups,because faulty spear not available.
so I have requested to you please take returns your ups and refund my money. i hope you will accept my request.
