Vihaan direct selling India Pvt Ltd Qnet India - Upline refusing to give full money

So I have been trapped to do this business from my school friend who did not talk to me for the past * years all of a sudden she sent requests to me Instagram,Facebook and Snapchat. She texted me asking my mobile number I was in confusion why is she getting close to me and then she started telling about her business without revealing the name of the business and told that we will be dealing with the distributors we are business consultants we will reduce the gap between the manufacturer and consumer through the distributor for every product sold we will get margin of *-**% never in the process she mentioned that iam a distributor and asked me that it requires an investment of * lakhs minimum i said that I don’t have money with me right now she asked me to apply for loan then trusting her I applied for loan even thought I can’t afford to pay it but thinking that my life is going to change and I have to work hard to make my parents happier they literally played with the emotions and then on one fine day she arranged a meeting and told that he is our senior business partner he explained blah blah and at the end revealed the company name as QNET and told there are so many negative talks about this company don’t worry he asked me to send the * lakhs amount to classic enterprises account telling that your money is safe you are transferring it to trusted organizations then after that everything happened without intimating me my money without my permission was transferred to this senior business partners account and made a purchase of some holiday package worth USD **** and I have paid them *,**,*** now when iam asking them about the remaining amount they are replying that international charges etc *st mistake they have done is without my consent sending my money to another persons personal account and making the purchase *nd mistake now my money will be refunded to their account which I feel not secure *rd I demand refund of my additional money which they are clamining that charges without my consent which is USD **** - USD **** = USD *** = ***** in Indian rupees
