SK MONIRUL ISLAM filed complaint against Paytm.com on Feb 10, 2019
I have made ** upi transactionof *** each on * feb **** and all transaction was successful but * upi transaction money out of ** was neither credited to receiver account nor refund back to my acount.
I contact many time to paytm care but every time they take a complain. But problem not solved. Every time they reply "Dear Customer, Your transaction of Rs.***, Rs.***, Rs.***, Rs.*** for UPI id..................... was successfully processed on **-**-****. We suggest you to check with the receiver for confirmation regarding the amount receival".

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
