Bharat pe - upI transaction amount received from customer not settled by bharat pe even after 3 months

I being a spare parts retailer had been using Bharat Pe QR code to receive digital payments against items sold to my customer which was very good in the start but as days past by i realised that the Bharat pe is not settling the amounts received at different intervals from different customers then i used to make a call at their customer service and complain to which they settled my amount then but it became a part of routine and started lowering the usage of Bharat pe's QR code by my customer but unfortunately i being out of town my staff asked our customer to pay thru the same QR code and to my surprise when i came to know all the three transactions were settled in amount of Rs */- against (*)****/- on ** sep **** (*) ***/- on ** sep **** and (*) ***/- on ** sep **** all these amounts are held up the Bharat pe and they stopped paying any heed to my complain but only pleaded for time to solve the issue but as of now its been * months and they are just not paying any interest about my non settlement issue as it seems like my complains doesn't matter anymore or they are not concerned instead they keep on asking for time and request me for making any complain so as to that will ruin the companies image so right now after suffering for a long time i made up my mind to lodge a complain with you and hence i request you to kindly look up into this matter and try to help me out recover my hard earned money
