Central New town - UPI debit amount not refunded after 8 days

While purchase from Central New town on **.*.** done one UPI payment. My bank statement shows that the amount is debited but your counter person says that it is not successful hence I paid through sebit card. He also assured that the debited amount will be reversed within * working days. Till date it is not reversed. Sent mail twice but still no response
