IndusInd Bank - upgraded credit card

On ** feb i had emailed to indusind bank that i did not apply for an upgrade for my indusind bank credit card,but they still charged me **** plus gst in my monthly bill for the upgraded card that i never consented to. when i told them them to cancel the card they didnt and levied more non payment charges in my next billing cycle. i have been wronged by indusind bank and i need justice. i have been emailing them since **st feb and they havent reverted till now. even on twitter they have an automated reply for all tweets.
