upgrad - Upgrad refund

I enrolled to the Product manager course by Duke University on **nd Aug. I had a session with the counsellor who gave me a walkthrough of the program. I am from a non technical background so I had few concerns about the program and had thoughts about whether I would get enough support in the learning process. I was assured about the placements and course structure.
The program commenced on the first week of October and I realised in two weeks that the program is not satisfactory and the support system is not as promised. There’s no * on * mentor support and the program is complicated , hence a non technical person will not be able to follow .The course structure is not satisfactory and is a waste of money for me. I even asked for a change in course – HR analytics which the team has refused. Instead they asked me to opt for deferral which is not my requirement. I had taken up a loan via propelled facilitated by Upgrad and I was told to continue paying the EMI even if I discontinue the program. The loan taken was *.* lakhs but since the tenure is ** months the then total amount will be *.** lakhs. The upgrad team have denied giving me the refund even though the counsellors and the program was misleading me at the time of admission.

I am seeking a termination of my loan as I am unable to pay this amount.
