RAJEEV filed complaint against Upgrad Education Private Limited on Jul 5, 2023
I have chosen a digital marketing course from upgrad Edtech company and paid a booking amount of INR **,*** VIA UPI on **/**/**** and applied for a refund on **/**/**** the admission counsellor named Shubham Agarwal from upgrad who enrolled me in the course has told me that i can apply for a refund within * days after my payment of booking amount(**,***) before commencement that was supposed to be started from**/**/****. meanwhile i already applied for a refund within time limit now they are deducting INR**,*** as a processing fee as i was not explained to me earlier before taking the course . meanwhile no processing things happened i didn't studied a single word from the course it was not started now Upgrad via mail is saying they will be deducting the amount and will refund only INR *,*** .
They are misleading the students once they pay the booking amount from there unfair policy malpractice as it was not informed to ME prior inquiry i just want my full refund against UPGRAD Edtech.
