I had ordered Jabra Elite * earphones from VLE Bazaar. Due to personal reason, I had to cancel my order. The website's cancel order button was broken, so I called the customer care to get my order cancelled, and specifically asked them to refund my money to the original source. Instead, they refunded my money in their own VLE Bazaar Wallet. Hence, my money got stuck with them. Despite calling their customer center for a month, I always get the same response => "Your refund will be initiated in *,**,** days/**-** hours". It's been a month since I have been trying to get my money back, but they always keep giving me new excuses, or hang up when I try to ask more questions.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
