Osho paul filed complaint against Airtel DTH on Mar 12, 2019
My digital tv id is **********. I have activated my package for *** rs (only Malayalam channels) and recharged for ***. But I was able to watch channels only for two days. When I have called customer care and enquired about the reason, they told that by default Gujarati package got activated. I told them to remove it, they informed that they have raised request to deactivate the same and my recharge amount will get credited in ** hrs. I have waited * days and still, I was not able to see the channels. Again I have called the customer care and explained everything. Whatever they have told * days back, same they told again. This time I asked them about the refund request Id (********). I trusted them and again waited for two days still, my issue didn't get resolved and again I called customer care. This time they asked me to recharge for ***. I explained to them again the scenario, after hearing all they told the same words what I have been hearing from * week. Within ** hrs my money will refund and I will be able to see channels. So I came to know that there is no use of calling customer care and explaining the problem, They are not there to resolve the problem, instead to tell that the problem will get resolved, but actually, it will not. I am totally disappointed with the Airtel service and really unhappy with the way the customer care executive spoke to me. Kindly help me refund the amount and do the needful. I am attaching the screenshots of the sms I have received from Airtel regarding deactivating the package and refund for wrong commitment.
