Hotel pride inn - Unwanted charges from couples

We booked the hotel in the night
We paid almost **** rupees
We checked in about half an hour later
After entering the room we found out the one of the light wasnt working , tv was not working , the bathroom door was jammed
.
We anyhow managed with this
Bt at the time of checkout
We are asked to pay *** extra
Now this thing hit me hard that why so
They said y harmed our property
Bt where the hell we harmed its already damaged
