GULSHAN filed complaint against Hdfc Bank Credit Card Division on Feb 17, 2020
from last December **** i am trying to close my credit card but bank make me fool and not hearing my voice. i made last full and final payment of Rs ***/- Dated on **-**-**** and made a call to the helpline no of credit card but no one did not helped me.
Dec **-**-**** bank charged me Rs ****.**/- on me as financial charges this is unwanted because when i made full payable amount then why bank applied this charge now my due become Rs ****/-.
today i made a call to customer care and she told me that your due become Rs ****.**/- and likely to Rs ****/- as financial charges will applying and total become Rs ****/- to Rs ****/-, so just pay it and your card will be full settled and we block and de-register your card.
so let me know why i pay approx Rs ****/-. just settle it down and close this matter ASAP.
