KWABEY COM - Unusable wallet refund and no support

I placed two clothing orders from KWABEY.COM on * May ****.

Order ID ******* worth ₹*** and Order ID ******* worth ₹*** were paid through Razorpay. After receiving the products, I returned items due to issues with the order.

The company delayed processing the refund and later issued refund only as internal wallet balance on their website instead of refunding to the original payment method.

When attempting to use the wallet amount during checkout, the website repeatedly shows the error:
“Technical wallet error, try again after sometime.”

Additionally, the customer support numbers listed by the company are invalid/non-working and emails sent to customer support remain unanswered.

I have suffered financial loss because the refund amount provided by the company cannot actually be used. Multiple similar complaints from other customers are also publicly available online.

I request refund of the pending amount and action against deceptive refund practices.
