Facial of HYDRA Company and Waxing of Recca Company - Untrained Staff regarding Facial and Waxing

On **th APRIL, ****,I was going for Facial and Waxing at Looks Saloon, Khandari Branch, Agra, Uttar Pradesh. On asking for Facial and Waxing, branch Manager suggested me for Hydra Facial and Reccca Waxing for which he was charged Rs. ****.**. This amount was deducted from my Looks Membership Card. Under Facial and waxing process I was found that the staff was completely untrained, they don't know which thing of facial used first or which one was last. Same was happened at the time of waxing. Result was Totally ZERO. They wasted my valuable time as well as try to cheat on behalf of LOOKS BRAND. I'm totally disappointed.
Kindly, take a serious action against this situation and same will inform me or I will take a legal action against this, for which your company is totally responsible.
