Netplus - Unstable connectivity

Whenever i am using my wifi it automatically get disconnecter. Then in settings it says connected to wifi without internet. Then a few minutes later it starts working again. This thing happens about ** times per day. Kindly fix it.

I recharged broadband after recharge still inactive try to connect team but no one attend call call disconnected after half hour of hold very dispointed
