*. I received unsolicited phone calls and WhatsApp messages from persons claiming to represent Fusiontech Research.


*. They induced me with false assurances of high and guaranteed profits through trading in the Futures & Options (F&O) segment of the Indian stock market.


*. I was never a registered client of the company. I did not sign any agreement, consent, or risk disclosure form, either online or offline, authorizing them to provide investment or trading advice.


*. Acting upon their repeated phone calls and WhatsApp tips, I made trading decisions and consequently suffered a financial loss of ₹**,***.


*. After the loss, I discovered that these individuals were unsolicitedly soliciting clients and possibly misusing SEBI registration number INH*********, without providing any legal documentation or client onboarding procedure as mandated under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, ****.
