poor durability, high cost of maintenance, looting the client whenever they visit for problem, or any service happened with me also always charging extra below the counter money, poor service and frequent breakdown of the bike

Bike is waste. Always stopped on roads. Sometimes so many vehicles are run on roads. Heating problem. After so many services problems was not resolved. I want my money back or change my bike.
