UCLEAN - unsatisfactory laundry service

Gave ** clothes (** shirts and ** trousers) for cleaning to the laundry service provider i.e. UCLEAN on **/**/****. They returned it on the same day after washing. While ironing the clothes, stains were discovered. This I brought to the notice of the UCLEAN on **/**/****. But they said that I have to pay again for the removing the stain, and if it still not goes, then they will charge again for removing it. On the other hand, they have a misleading advertisement claim : "get rid of tough stains, right away".
