Westin goa - Unsafe Hotel served us live worms inside cookies

This hotel is a hopeless property, we had so many bad experiences while staying there.
We stayed in this property from *nd October till *th October we were a group of ** people. (including parents and children) but not even a single day passed where we didn't face any serious issue.

** They served our small children STALE FOOD, cookies from their coffee house Anjuna coffee and Co. in which there were LIVE WORMS inside the cookie ( photos attached for reference), I have videos too.

Not just one atleast ** worms inside one chocolate cookie which my children did eat and we were eating too.
Called manager and heads of the hotel but nothing was done from there side, they said they will handle the situation but didn't do anything.

** in there hotel they hosted a Sundowner party at Drift by the pool where as Outsider who was high on Drugs or Alcohol came and sat at our table, asked for cigarette from us. When we said we don't have it, he said I know you are from Haryana, tell me your room number and threatened us to kill us ( exact wordings lamba leta dunga tujhe, katt dunga tujhe) because we didn't give him a cigarette.
We called the hotel security and we felt so scared, you are not at all safe in this property, anyone can come in and threaten you that they will kill you.
On top of that that guy was a very close friend of the celebrity that hosted the party ( Shweta Salve).

THIS PROPERTY IS NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
YOU ARE NOT SAFE IN THIS HOTEL.

STALE FOOD, PEOPLE THREATEN YOU THAT THEY WILL KILL YOU

SERVICE IS VERY VERY POOR, YOU ORDER FOOD AT * PM. THEY WILL SERVE YOU AT * OR * PM

ANYONE CAN ENTER YOUR ROOM AT ANY TIME, YOU JUST HAVE TO SAY TO HOTEL STAFF YOUR KEY IS NOT WORKING THEY WILL OPEN THE ROOM WITHOUT ASKING ANYTHING. EVEN IF THAT ROOM IS NOT YOURS THEY WILL OPEN IT FOR YOU.
