Dear Voxya Team,
I am filing this complaint against the trading platform Quotex regarding a withdrawal that has been pending for over * months.

Issues Faced:
Despite the withdrawal being marked as "processed" on the platform, the funds never reached my bank account (Punjab National Bank).
I have already provided Quotex with an official bank statement and a written, stamped confirmation letter from the bank stating that no such transaction was ever received.
Quotex support has been giving robotic, repetitive responses for months, asking me to "wait" without providing any concrete timeline.
I have completed all additional verification steps, including a fresh selfie with my ID and a handwritten note as requested on **th December ****.
Even after providing undeniable proof of non-receipt, the company refuses to reverse the funds back to my trading wallet or settle the payment.
Mental and Financial Stress:
This prolonged delay of * months has caused me immense mental agony and financial hardship. The company is holding my hard-earned money without any valid reason.
Resolution Required:
I request Quotex to immediately cancel/reverse the withdrawal #*********** and credit the full amount of ₹**,***.** back into my Quotex trading wallet or my bank account.
