ADDA 247 - Unresolved Refund Request Breach of s Policy

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the unprocessed refund request for the course I purchased from Adda*** on **th November ****. Below is a summary of the situation:

Course Name: SSC Mahapack (SSC CGL, CHSL, CPO, MTS, GD, JHT)
Purchase Date: **th November ****
Order ID/Transaction ID: CP********
Refund Request:
Upon reviewing the course content, I realized it did not meet my expectations, and I raised a refund request the very same day (**th November). This request was in line with Adda***'s "No Questions Asked Refund Policy".

Communication with Adda***:

After submitting my refund request, I was informed by your support team that I could not receive a refund, even though my request was within the policy’s stipulated timeframe.
Despite multiple follow-ups, I received unhelpful responses and was told that my refund could not be processed. I was also offered the option to take another course or watch recorded classes, neither of which addressed my initial request for a refund.
Request for Resolution:

I am requesting immediate processing of the refund, as my initial request was made within the required timeframe and in accordance with your stated policy.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate it further.
