Subham Sarkar filed complaint against Thrillophilia on May 19, 2025
I booked a trip to Leh through Thrillophilia on March **, ****, which cost me INR **,***. On March **, ****, I also purchased flight tickets from Thrillophilia for Delhi to Leh and Leh to Delhi for INR **,***. Since I live in Bangalore, I also booked flights from Bangalore to Delhi and Delhi to Bangalore on April **, ****, costing INR **,***. The trip was scheduled for May **-**, ****.
Due to tensions between India and Pakistan, Leh airports were closed. I received an email from Thrillophilia on May **, ****, stating that the trip would be rescheduled. However, on May **, ****, I received a call from Yash at Thrillophilia, who said the trip was proceeding as planned. He mentioned that if I wanted to reschedule, there would be extra charges for changing the Delhi-Leh-Delhi flights.
I explained that if this information had been given to me on May **, I wouldn't have cancelled my Bangalore-Delhi-Bangalore flights, which I had done after receiving Thrillophilia's email. Yash suggested that if I wanted to proceed with the original plan, I should rebook my tickets.
Based on this confirmation, I rebooked my Bangalore-Delhi-Bangalore flights on May **, ****, costing INR **,***. After booking, when I asked for updated plan details, they said to wait for confirmation.
As of now, I haven't received any further communication. When I try to contact their support channel, no one responds, and the tickets I've raised in their portal are automatically closed without resolution. Since May **, I have been following up, and still there is no resolution. I have tried calling support, but they just keep my call on hold and then disconnect.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
