Booked rental car through Revv for few days for outstation travel. Questionable state of car tires at time of delivery, tires got punctured *-* times, no support provided by Revv even in serviceable areas, refusing to reimburse expenses incurred by customer for repairs, compromising safety of customers and family members. Customers pay for convenience, and you end up with a baggage of inconvenience. Company (Revv) did not deliver on its promises, intentionally misled with false claims (penalty charges).
