fashchic 15 - Unreasonable delay in order

I ordered from this website called Fashchic ** on **th June **** after going through their Instagram page. I received the conformation mail for the same. On the same day I received another mail from them claiming my order has been processed. on ** July I emailed them considering delay in order to which they replied that it will take ** to ** days more. Then I mailed them on **th for the same concern and got no reply. I mailed again on **th and they replied that I will get my order by September **th. It seemed unreasonable to me, so I mailed them in order to cancel my order and refund the money. I got no reply. I mailed them again that I will file a complaint against them to which they replied that they need my order ID to check status and help me. I replied with my order ID, no reply again. I mailed twice again to which they replied with the same mail asking order ID. I mailed again and again to which they replied that that I will receive my order by September ** AGAIN. I mailed again, no reply and again claiming I will file a case to which they replied that they will try to fulfil my order by June end. WE ARE IN JULY. They were so shady that I mailed them giving them final warning that I am about to file a complaint now. No reply again. So I am filing a complaint now.
