In the Month of Sep-Oct **** i bought a second hand scotty (Burgmen Street) bearing no. JH**** from Singh Suzuki Piska More Ranchi Jharkhand. They Promised for Transfer of RC in my name and charged accordingly. But even till date (*th April ****) they have not delivered their promise in-spite of rigorous and continued follow-up. it amounts to harassing the customer with false commitment and willing to take legal action.
