Mohammad Merajuddin filed complaint against Bajaj finace on May 5, 2023
I had taken a flexi loan in May **** with Bajaj Finance. The executive who processed my loan set false expectations and deliberately kept me in dark on lot of some charges. I had taken a loan of * lakhs and I was told clearly that there will be *% processing fee and I will get ****** disbursed. However, what I got is only *****. When asked, she told me it happened due to some technical glitch and it will be sorted soon and I can safely utilize the loan amount. I kept following up with her but she continued to deflect and after a point, she refused to respond. Turned out, not only did she lie on charges, she even didn't share with me that this loan will have automatic insurance attached, which costed me further *****. I kept opening tickets, talking to customer care and writing emails with evidence but nobody resolved my grievance. I had no option but to accept it. But now, they've again debited **** from my account towards some annual charges. I have already ***** towards processing fee and other charges, insurance fee which I never asked and now these annual charges. I had shared screenshots with them of my conversation with the lady executive who had processed my loan but the people who reached out to me were indifferent and rude, leave alone refunding unfairly charged amount that was never communicated to me in any manner. I need advise on how to proceed in dealing with these people.
