Subject: Unreasonable Charges for Transfer Certificate – Request for Immediate Action

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding West Point School, Darjeeling. The school is demanding an exaggerated amount for issuing the Transfer Certificate (TC) of my sister, who studied in Class *.

She has now been admitted to a new school for Class *, and the new school requires her TC at the earliest. We have made multiple polite requests to West Point School to issue the TC, and even expressed our intention to file a formal complaint if the matter is not resolved. However, we were told, "Do whatever you want to do" – which is extremely unprofessional and disappointing coming from a reputed institution.

We are not aware of any legitimate reason for such high charges. This unnecessary delay and demand are affecting my sister’s academic progress and causing undue stress to our family.

We request the concerned authorities to look into the matter urgently and ensure that the TC is issued without any unreasonable financial burden.
