Myntra ekart - Unprofessional delivery partner

I had a delivery scheduled for a product ordered from Myntra that was being delivered through eKart logistics. The delivery was scheduled for today around * am and the delivery partner initially contacted me at around * and asked me to wait for the delivery and now here I am waiting until *pm for delivery but the delivery partner is not even responding to my calls after I spoke to him around an hour ago when the delivery partner confirmed that he is standing outside my home. I had to leave an extremely important meeting and the agent is not even responding.
