I placed an order from Subway located at Fun City Mall, Prashant Vihar, Delhi through Magicpin (Order ID: *********). The order was severely mishandled:
- Multiple items were missing.
- Wrong items were delivered.
- Veg and non-veg items were mixed without any red or green label separation, violating food safety norms.
I immediately contacted Magicpin customer care to report these issues. They lodged a complaint on my behalf. However, instead of resolving the issue professionally, the restaurant staff directly called me and pressured me to cancel the complaint.
When I refused, they rudely stated that no refund would be issued unless I withdrew the complaint. The conversation escalated into a heated argument, during which the staff shouted at me and said, “Do whatever you want, I will not refund the amount.” I even offered to return the remaining items in exchange for a full refund, but they refused.
This experience caused mental distress and financial loss. I am seeking a full refund and appropriate action against the restaurant for their unprofessional and unethical behavior.
