Dear Sir

Yesterday I had brought to your notice over the call a gross negligence from a member for your team, I have not received any communication with regards to the mentioned issue.

For the record

Trading was initiated on **/**/****

the account details and passwords and OTPs of my DEMAT account with Dhan were shared with your team on **/**/**** itself.

team members involved are Mr Dushyant, Mr Akash and Mr kushal (for commodities)

I have paid *.* lac rupees for a Account management service on **/**/****, **/**/****, and **/****** respectively kindly check with your accounts department as the payment were made via bank transfer.

I was assured that the aim would be to have a return on capital deployed to the tune of **% to **% per day.

I perfectly understand that market behaviors can impact the targeted returns and well aware of the risks.

I was surprised that Mr Akash calls me and says that a trade was placed and as it was lunch time and the trader left a huge naked unattended trade which incurred me losses to the tune of *.* lacs. (proof available as voice message)

I find this kind of behavior highly unprofessional and unethical and dangerous.

I have already conveyed you as to how I need to be compensated for the gross negligence on behalf of your team member.

Please do let me know if your firm would like to reach a mutually agreeable resolution to this issue, else I would need to take this further with regulatory and legal route.
