I requested Mr. Saya Azim (Supervisor) Email id: sazim@lenovo.com expecting that he will help in resolving the issue by replacing lenovo laptop webcam in a faster way. I told him that I have a very urgent meeting with United States officials in next week. It is an invited talk and will be seen by US public. I insisted him about the importance of it and * to ** am timings are free to be used for all activities. After that only an epass is required.
Contrary to helping me by sorting things out, he ordered his sub-ordinates not to process the order and it will be done after lockdown. It is unfortunate that being a supervior of such a reputed company he was unable to understand the situation and was reluctant to help.
The laptop is under warranty period and I wasted my whole day in talking with his subordinates which actually resulted in no help.
Solution: I expect that my webcam to be in workable condition on or before tuesday (** may ****) or a new laptop should be provided before that. If not, then I believe a person holding a senior position should be appointed with utmost thinking and sould be sensible as well as helpful in nature.
