Nobroker Technologies Solutions Pvt Ltd - Unprofessional AC Service and Unexpected Charges Our Frustrating Experience with NoBroker

We booked NoBroker for our *BHK house shifting, which included AC uninstallation and installation services, for a total of ₹**,***. Out of this, ₹*,*** was charged for the AC services, with a promise of same-day uninstallation and installation.

Unfortunately, the AC uninstallation was done very unprofessionally. The technician used the outdoor unit as support to unmount the AC, and after shifting to the new house, we discovered that he forgot to unmount the drain pipe, leaving it behind. Despite the promise, they did not return on the same day for installation. After multiple follow-up calls, they finally arrived the next day.

Before finalizing the location and checking whether additional parts or costs were necessary, the technician drilled a hole and then asked us to pay approximately ₹*,*** just for * meters of copper tubing. We have a balcony next to our bedroom where the entire outdoor unit could be easily mounted. I even offered to assist with the setup, and they confirmed that the dimensions were suitable. However, they insisted on placing it elsewhere. I refused to pay the extra amount, and they left, stating that another technician would come to complete the job.
