First Parcel Express Courier Service - Unpacked package missing watch

I called up first parcel express courier service dombivali east and talked with him about courier service , after that he took my parcel it was a big gift box and he promised me to safely courier it to destination . It took place on ** May **** and after that it should be courier at ** May **** but it delay and it deliver on ** may ****. Item got deliver to its destination to vadodara Ajwa road. it reached at afternoon when item got deliver it was unpacked . Because it was surprise for someone I thought he will open it and the gift box was packed we thought it got damage in delivering service after * hrs. They opened gift box it was completely open and destroy as someone has already open it and check all the items and *item was missing the watch it cost upto ****/- that was missing and courier charges were ***/- but it got all waste .After that I called courier service and told all things happen he said don't worry send me all proofs and bill I send he said it will took * month for resolved but after *month he said not action has taken placed and said your complaint has raised last that's why.. please help me to get my money back
